Returns

To make your experience with Maison DuTemps easier, we offer free returns.

• You have 14 days from receipt of your package to make the return.
• Please note that all returned items must be new, unworn and in the original packaging. Items that do not comply with these conditions cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. In this case, the customer will remain the owner of the product and can have it returned to their address, at their expense, within 14 days.
• Free items or items received as part of a promotional offer cannot be exchanged and must be returned with the other items in your order for a refund.
• For returns, please note that all items must be returned when ordering a gift set.
• MaisonDuTemps declines all responsibility in the event of loss of items during their return shipment.
• For items packaged in paid gift wrapping, please return it with the item for a full refund. However, please note that free gift wrapping included with a campaign purchase does not need to be returned.
• Please note that the refund processing time is 14 days. The refund amount will be credited directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Maison DuTemps offers you the possibility of making an exchange free of charge. The return of the product to be exchanged as well as the delivery of the exchanged product will be taken care of by us.

• To exchange your product, we will wait for your return package to be received before shipping your new item.
• After a first exchange, all return costs for another exchange or refund request will be the responsibility of the customer.

REMBOURSEMENT

• Les remboursements sont effectués dans un délai de 15 jours à partir de la réception du produit dans notre entrepôt. Il sera automatiquement crédité sur le compte associé à la carte bancaire utilisée pour l'achat ou sur le compte PayPal utilisé pour le paiement.
• En cas de remboursement via PayPal, les délais peuvent varier. Une fois le remboursement effectué de notre côté, nous n’avons plus la possibilité d’intervenir. Pour tout problème, nous vous invitons à contacter directement PayPal.

Processus :

1. Veuillez faire la demande de retour via la rubrique Contact, en fournissant les informations suivantes : nature du retour (échange ou remboursement), numéro de commande ou adresse e-mail de la commande. Une étiquette de retour vous sera envoyée sur l’adresse e-mail liée à la commande.
2. Re conditionnez soigneusement les produits dans leur emballage d'origine et collez l'étiquette de retour à l'extérieur du colis.
3. Postez le colis dans votre bureau de poste le plus proche.
