Delivery is available to all countries.

THE DELIVERY TIME

MaisonDuTemps undertakes to deliver its orders within 10 days depending on the delivery method chosen. MaisonDuTemps cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for delays on the part of the delivery service. These deadlines are given as an indication and may vary depending on the periods and the increase in activity.

ORDER RECOVERY

If the package is not collected within 14 days from the relay point, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURN YOUR ORDER

The customer can return their order within 10 days of receipt. The returned item must be new, clean, with the tag attached. Any items not complying with this conformity cannot be returned. Any product which has been damaged will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
In this case, no refund can be validated, the customer will remain the owner of the product, which he can have returned to his address at his own expense within fifteen days.

PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW

1- Submit the request within 10 days of receipt of your order to sav@maisondutemps.com , indicating all the necessary information.

2- Return costs are the responsibility of MaisonDuTemps and the product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days following the exchange request to the following address:

3- The refund will be made upon receipt of the product within approximately 14 days. The refund method will be identical to your payment method made when purchasing the product.

1- Make the request within 14 days of receipt of your order on sav@maisondutemps.com indicating all the necessary information (reasons for the exchange: color/size)

2- Exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned within a maximum of 10 days following the exchange request to the following address:

It will be processed upon receipt of the package and subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an item different from the initial order, we will refund you in the form of a credit and you will need to place a new order directly with our team.
