Can I exchange or get a refund for a watch that has been engraved?

No, an engraved watch cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Even if it hasn't been worn, the engraved personalization makes it unique and prevents it from being resold to other customers.

Is it possible to have an engraving removed?

Yes, it is possible to have an engraving removed. Simply contact us by email so that we can explain the procedure to you. The engraving can be removed by polishing, for which you will be charged.

Please note, however, that after the engraving has been removed by polishing, the watch will still not be eligible for exchange or refund. This is because polishing removes material, which may slightly alter the original shape of the watch compared to its initial condition when it left the factory.

What should I do if the engraving has imperfections?

Engraving is a process often referred to as "artisanal."

Although it is performed using a high-precision laser machine to ensure a perfect finish, it requires an operator to adjust the settings.

Since these items are handmade rather than factory-made, please expect a slight margin of variation. However, rest assured that our teams always strive to deliver a result that meets your expectations.

How long does it take to engrave something?

Adding an engraving to your order will extend the shipping time by an average of 24 hours.

Since this is a custom order, we make sure to take the time needed to create your engraving under the best possible conditions.

Which parts of the watch can I have engraved, and how does this affect the watch?

The engravings are primarily located on the side of the watch. Their placement may vary depending on the collection.

Most of our models feature a sapphire crystal case back, which means that engraving is not possible on that part. In such cases, the engraving is done on the left side of the case.

For models with a solid back, the engraving can be done either on the back or on the side.

The engravings offered are delicate and precise. They do not affect the watch’s function or settings.
