Warranty duration

Your Maison DuTemps watch is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the conditions defined in this guarantee.

Warranty conditions

The warranty only comes into effect if the warranty card is dated and completed completely and correctly by an official MaisonDuTemps retailer.


The warranty covers any manufacturing defect, assembly defect and hidden defect that may have escaped the brand's vigilance. In one of these cases, we will facilitate your return procedures and will do everything possible to provide you with all assistance. necessary to resolve the inconvenience caused, in order to repair or exchange the product.


In the event that the normal conditions of use of your MaisonDuTemps watch cannot be restored through repairs, the brand undertakes to replace it with an identical MaisonDuTemps watch or one with similar characteristics. The replacement watch warranty expires twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

  1. Normal wear and aging (e.g.: scratches on the case or crystal, alteration of the color of rubber straps, etc.)
  2. Damage to any part of the watch resulting from inappropriate/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (blows, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.).
  3. Indirect or consequential damages, whatever they may be, resulting from the use, non-functioning, defects or lack of precision of the watch.
  4. The MaisonDuTemps watch handled by an unauthorized person (e.g.: services or repairs) or whose original condition has been altered beyond MaisonDuTemps' control.

This manufacturer's warranty is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller and for which he assumes sole responsibility and in no way affects the rights of the buyer towards the seller or any other mandatory right he may have at his disposal. against the latter.

Repair

Our after-sales service offers a repair service in our workshop.

To assess the nature of the problem and determine if the warranty covers repairs, we will need to collect the watch in question for examination.

If the warranty covers the repairs, they will be carried out and your watch will be returned to you.

If the warranty does not cover repairs, our team will send you a quote which you can choose to pay if you wish your watch to be repaired by us.

Return Fees

The shipping costs for returning the watch after repair remain the responsibility of the customer in the following cases :

  • If an estimate is provided and the repair is not covered by the warranty;
  • If, after analysis by our workshop, no problem is detected on the watch;
  • If the problem observed results solely from an incorrect adjustment made by the customer and no other fault is noted.

On the other hand, if the repair is covered under warranty, the return costs will be covered by us.
