AtMaisonDuTemps, you have 30 days after receipt to return your item to us.

Items must be new, unworn, and returned in their original packaging .

– Exchanges: free of charge in mainland France.

– Refunds: at the customer's expense, €3.90 deducted from the refund amount.

– Accessories ordered or returned on their own (bracelets, jewelry, watch rolls for 1 or 3 watches): returns at the customer's expense, even in the case of an exchange.
The new item will be shipped free of charge.

For all orders placed between November 1 and December 25, returns are possible until January 31.

Non-refundable items or items subject to conditions:

– Any product showing signs of wear, scratches, or missing links will not be accepted for return or refund.

– Personalized items (engraving, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

– The tool kit is not refundable on its own; it can only be refunded if it is returned new and with a watch.

– Gift bags cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

– Free items must be returned with the order. Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We will cover the cost of returning the watch for exchange and shipping the new one.

Only one exchange is offered per order; any second return related to the same order is at the customer's expense.

How do I exchange an item?

Go to the Contact section and indicate "Exchange" along with your order number or the email address used at the time of purchase. You will then receive all the instructions by email, along with a prepaid return label.

Repack the product in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop the package off at the post office.

After receiving and verifying your return, we will ship your new item and send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Reimbursement

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return at our warehouse. They are automatically credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Go to the section Contact section and indicate "Refund" with your order number or the email address used at the time of purchase. You will then receive your prepaid return label by email.

Repack the product in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop the package off at the post office.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with the refund. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the amount will be credited back to your payment method.

Return outside mainland France

The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.

No prepaid labels will be sent.

We recommend sending your package with tracking.

The proof of shipment and tracking number must be kept.

The product must be returned in packaging that provides protection equivalent to that of the original shipment.

The return address will be provided once your request has been validated by our after-sales service.

Important:

- For orders with a promo code (2 or more watches), if a return causes the purchase to fall below the required threshold, the promotion will be canceled and the refund recalculated at the standard rate.
